Free Shipping in North America

Shipping is free on all orders shipped to Canada and the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Delivery Times

Processing your order takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your region. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with full tracking. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days of your purchase, please check your spam folder and then email us at info.tavozen@gmail.com.

Orders with Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive a few days apart. Don't worry: each package has its own tracking.

Delays

Certain periods (holidays, sales) or exceptional circumstances may cause additional delays. If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier — or refund you if the package is lost.
